  • 2% interest per month thereafter, up to 9 months in total.

Real Estate Commission Factoring - These arrangements are not loans, but purchases and
assignments of expected real estate commissions on pending sales. Real estate professionals
use this program to improve their cash flow.

Terms:             
  • Contract for a pending sale, free of any contingencies.
  • Buyer's commitment letter (not a pre-approval, but a commitment letter from a lender)
  • 70%-80% of total expected commission will be paid at signing, and the "holdback" of 10% will be
    paid at the closing. The factoring fee, therefore, will range from 10% to 20% of the commission,
    depending on the quality of the contract and the time to closing.
