    How does "Name Your Price" National MLS work?

  • Fill out the form below with information about you and your property.
  • From the drop-down menu, select your state, and note the asking price for the
    advertising package in that state.
  • In the next box, enter the price that you are willing to pay for the package.
  • On the next page, pay your price for the package.

    After you pay your maximum price, we will:

  • Forward all information to our broker partners.
  • Research prices of non-affiliate brokers.
  • Select the lowest provider, and forward it to you.
  • The broker will request that you give them detailed property information
  • You are done - your property will be listed in the MLS and Realtor.com

    How do we get paid?

    The price that you pay us initially is distributed between us and the referring brokers
    in your state. The fee is distributed in the following way:

  • If your bid is lower than what the broker usually charges, but the broker wants
    to accept your bid, then we will share the fee with the broker according to our
    sharing agreement.
  • If your bid is higher than what the broker usually charges, then we keep the
    amount over what the broker charges, as a referral fee. The referring broker
    may or may not be in our partner network.
  • If no broker accepts your bid, we will refund you the initial bid.

    What will I get for the price?

    Since there are big variations in broker offerings for Flat Fee MLS, our referred
    broker will offer you the minimum of:

  • Local MLS listing with at least one photo.
  • Realtor.com listing with at least one photo.
  • Allow you to determine the amount of commission you are willing to pay to an
    MLS participating broker, payable if and when the sale closes.
  • Have the opportunity to sell FSBO and pay no commission.
